26-year-old Jamil Sweatt was charged with possession of marijuana with intent, possession of meth, tampering with evidence, failure to appear, and driving on a suspended license when his vehicle was pulled over for failing to stop at a stop sign and was then caught trying to pass off the drugs while being detained.
