Midtown Hills Precinct Officer Conner Harris has been decommissioned and assigned to desk duty as the result of his arrest for DUI Sunday morning in Wilson County. Harris, 32, a 6-year MNPD veteran, was stopped by a Wilson County Sheriff’s deputy on I-40 while traveling between 40 mph and 50 mph in a 70 mph zone. The deputy reported that Harris had red watery eyes, slurred speech, and displayed indicators of impairment during the administration of Standard Field Sobriety Tasks.
