LEBANON, TN – Lebanon Fire Captain Kerry Lawson has taken FMLA leave until his retirement goes through, after he was arrested and charged with domestic assault of his wife. Before his arrest, Lawson attempted to make sure officers knew he had been with the city for 30 years, but eventually became agitated and boisterously said “Just take me to jail!”

Heather Monday, 49, is charged with aggravated assault, evading arrest, and resisting arrest, after deputies had to bust out her car window to take her into custody after she lead them on a 7.5 mile car chase that included spike strips. What started this? She pulled a gun on a man and said “I’m the Sheriff”.

Man arrested for being naked in Veterans fountain
LEBANON, TN – 29-year-old Yancie Forgue told police he had been naked, so he could bathe in the fountain at the Veterans building near the courthouse. In the end he was charged $1,115, including $212 in fees for being poor.
