35-year-old Jason Duane Davis was pulled over on I-840 by THP after he used the median to turn around. He admitted to drinking earlier in the day, and in the middle of field sobriety tests, stated “I’m done with tests, take me to jail!” The THP Trooper obliged, with a stop for a blood draw along the way. Davis is free on a $500 bond.
24-year-old Shelby Marie Anderson is charged with DUI after an off-duty officer observed her get into an altercation with another individual while she was in the drive-thru line at McDonald’s on S. Cumberland in Lebanon.
22-year-old Jaydon Coon is charged with DUI. The THP subpoenaed his medical records after a crash on Cooks Road in Mt. Juliet on June 18th. Records show he was intoxicated by more than double the legal limit in Tennessee at the time of the crash.
27-year-old Elic Hugh Page IV, of Lebanon, is charged with domestic assault after police found him standing over his boyfriend with his knuckles and pants covered in blood. His boyfriend, who had been beaten and kicked in the head by Page, says he thought he was going to die, and lost consciousness during the assault. Page is free on a $1,000 bond, with conditions set by a commissioner – which he has continued to ignore, without repercussions.
Mt. Juliet’s Thomas Courtney, 51, of Courtney’s Restaurant & Catering, told officers he thought he was “in his bed” when they found him asleep behind the wheel of a running car late Thursday night in Nashville, heavily intoxicated
23-year-old Talarriya Hicks is charged with aggravated assault, vandalism, and theft of property after her boyfriend says she came to visit while intoxicated and became disrespectful to him and his property. She is accused of punching him in the face, busting his lip, taunting him with a foot-long knife, cutting the temp tag off his truck, attempting to remove the light bulb from his ceiling fan, and then trying to run over him with a vehicle.
21-year-old Braden Joel Costley is charged with possession of a weapon while under the influence, possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and public intoxication. Police located him at Cahoots in Lebanon, after witnesses reported a man with a gun.
28-year-old Nettisia Lashay Mitchell & 32-year-old Adreana Johnson are both charged with possession of shoplifting tools to interfere with anti-theft security device after alert employees noted they were acting ‘suspicious at Dick’s Sporting Goods and attempted to take cover a nearby T.J. Maxx in Mt. Juliet.
22-year-old Dawson Culbert is charged with domestic assault and vandalism after putting his hands on his ex-girlfriend, threatening her, and damaging her cell phone after waking up and realizing she wasn’t in bed with him.
28-year-old Kandice Hunt was charged with three counts of aggravated assault, two counts of evading arrest, DUI, and driving on a revoked license after police say she sped out from behind Cahoots, clipped one officer, and almost hit two others.
