Julie Myers is charged with domestic assault after Lebanon police say she admitted to punching her husband in the face with a closed fist during an argument.
Lebanon Police responded to an assault report on Lilly Drive on July 24th and made contact with the victim, Johnny Myers. Myers stated he was in a verbal altercation with his wife, Julie Myers when she suddenly punched him in the face with her closed fist. Officers noted redness about his face on the report.
When interviewed, Julie Myers reportedly admitted to striking her husband and was determined to be the primary aggressor. Julie Myers was charged with domestic assault and booked into the Wilson County Jail, where she served the required 12-hour domestic violence hold before being released on her own recognizance.
