BREAKING: Hours after his court appearance Thursday, 18-year-old Matthew Casto was found back in the attic space of a 14-year-old girl’s bedroom, and had to be tasered while taken into custody.
ARRESTED: Mt. Juliet police physically removed 18-year-old Matthew Casto from an attic space he had been living in, which connected to a 14-year-old’s bedroom via a door in her closet. Police say he would only come down at night when she secured her door and had lived there for a period of time.
Detectives were notified by a business in Mt Juliet that suspicious packages had arrived with no labels. When the detectives arrived, indications of cocaine were present in the packages. A search warrant was obtained to search the boxes and detectives located 216 kilograms of powder cocaine.
Michael Dunno, former THP Trooper, and current TDOT employee, was arrested May 18th, charged with DUI (driving under the influence) on Mt. Juliet Road.
