Police found 41-year-old Amanda Williams backed into two parking spaces at the Lebanon Speedway, seemingly asleep with her mouth open and looking up at the roof of the vehicle. She appeared heavily impaired, and told police she had taken “half a Xanax”. She refused treatment by medics and was said to have mood swings in the back of the patrol car on the way to booking, where she was charged with public intoxication.
As 67-year-old Harold Cruise told officers he drank a pint of Vodka, he sang them Elvis songs from his hospital bed. He then stood up from his hospital bed and began dancing in front of officers. He was in the hospital to be medically cleared after someone found him in a ditch a bit earlier. He was released from medical care and taken to jail, charged with public intoxication by Lebanon PD.
29-year-old Stephen Roger Goins is charged with public intoxication and joyriding after deputies say he drove a UTV that belonged to the Wilson County Fair Board to make a quick trip to the store without permission.
The manager of Jonathan’s Grille called police on an intoxicated female, identified as 28-year-old Courtney Alexandria Bass, who they wanted to trespass from the property. Police located her in the parking lot and placed her under arrest for public intoxication when she couldn’t locate her phone to arrange for an Uber. 30-year-old Jesse Lynn Ford was found in the middle of the street, yelling and cursing about her kids, according to Mt. Juliet Police. Her boyfriend told police she had a couple of glasses of wine after work. During the investigation, she reportedly struck one of the police officers while yelling at them. She is charged with public intoxication, resisting arrest, and assault on an officer.
21-year-old Braden Joel Costley is charged with possession of a weapon while under the influence, possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and public intoxication. Police located him at Cahoots in Lebanon, after witnesses reported a man with a gun.
58-year-old Albert Raymer was charged with public intoxication, possession of heroin, and drug paraphernalia after police observed him stumbling around a parking lot and admitted to having heroin after being found with a syringe.
28-year-old Jacob Myers was charged with public intoxication after a Target employee reportedly witnessed him in the bathroom with a needle, and he later admitted to injecting himself with heroin.
28-year-old Malika Anderson was charged with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, vandalism, possession of a handgun while under the influence, disorderly conduct, and public intoxication after she fired several shots at the ground and at her friend during an argument about two other women.
29-year-old Michael Defuria was charged with public intoxication after he was reported for disorderly conduct and the police found him drunk on the roadway.
