Joseph was “grappled” by Nathan and pushed to the ground after Nathan acted as though he was going to hit Joseph in the face. Once the two got back to their feet, Nathan followed that up by actually punching Joseph in the face that caused redness and swelling, according to the affidavit.

Nathan Smith was arrested and charged with domestic assault. His bond was set at $1,000.
