Man punches puppy and wife, threatens to shoot both of them, charged with aggravated domestic

30-year-old Ronald Mickle was charged with aggravated domestic assault after he got drunk, beat up a puppy, and put a gun to his wife’s temple.

On March 25th, police responded to Oak Dale Drive in reference to a domestic call. Upon arrival, officers spoke with Brianna Mickle, who stated that her husband Ronald Mickle had been drinking all night. Brianna went on to say that Ronald became upset, entered the bedroom, grabbed a gun and said that he could shoot everyone in the house.

According to the affidavit, one of their puppies then got up and urinated on the floor and Ronald said he was going to shoot it. The puppy jumped on the bed and Ronald began punching it. Brianna stated Ronald hit her in the head as well. Then Ronald put the gun to Brianna’s temple and said, “I could shoot you right now and wouldn’t care.” Brianna called the police and Ronald left the residence.

Ronald Mickle was later arrested and charged with aggravated domestic assault. His bond was set at $10,000.
