Duo caught in the act with stolen pallets at JLW

48-year-old Shawn Mooneyhan was charged with criminal trespass, theft of property, and possession of meth and paraphernalia, and 45-year-old Leamon Huff was charged with theft of property and criminal trespass after they were caught stealing pallets from JLW.

On August 30th, Lebanon Police Officer David Winfree was dispatched at Jo Ann’s Logistics and Warehousing located at 127 E. Forrest in reference to a possible burglary. When police arrived on the scene, they made contact with the business owners who had a vehicle blocked in. The people in the vehicle were identified as Shawn Mooneyhan and Leamon Huff.

Mooneyhan and Huff were caught on video loading pallets on their truck. They got four pallets in their vehicle before the owners came out and discovered them. The business is clearly marked “no trespassing” at the front gate. The approximate value of the pallets was $50. When Mooneyhan was taken into custody, she admitted to having meth in her bra and a blue plastic straw with residue that was recovered.

Shawn Mooneyhan was arrested and charged with criminal trespass, theft of property, and possession of meth and paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $5,000.

Leamon Huff was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing and theft of property. He was later released on his own recognizance.
