Lebanon man with record more than 100 charges booked again for public intoxication

47-year-old Timothy Anderson was charged with public intoxication again after a resident called to have him removed and officers found him sitting near a beer and exhibiting impairment.

On August 27th, Wilson County Sheriff’s Officer Hackett responded to 417 Ford Road for an unwanted subject. Upon arrival, the officer made contact with Timothy Anderson, who had a strong odor of intoxicant about his breath and person and was unsteady on his feet.

Anderson had a beer on the ground by him. The resident stated that they did not want him there. For the safety of Anderson and the public, he was taken into custody.

Anderson has an extremely lengthy criminal record with over 110 arrests since 1990 to include DUI and domestic assault as well as public intoxication charges starting in 1991.

Timothy Anderson was arrested and charged with public intoxication and was released on his own recognizance.
