Woman says “get off my property before I shoot you” after blasting

46-year-old Christine Boner was charged with two counts of assault and reckless endangerment after she shot a handgun at two people, one of which were there to serve her papers for a lawsuit.

On October 12th, Deputy Warren arrived at 1700 Rogers Lane in Lebanon due to a reported shooting. Upon Deputy Warren’s arrival, he made contact with Janice Holt and Peggy Whitehead. Holt informed him she was trying to serve civil process papers from Advanced Financial to Christine Boner. She stated that she got no response after ringing her doorbell and knocking on the door then decided to get back into her vehicle.

Whitehead was in the driver’s seat waiting for Holt when she heard a gunshot. She looked and saw an open window on the left upstairs floor where Boner was reportedly pointing a handgun in their direction. Both Holt and Whitehead stated they were in fear for their lives and could hear several more gunshots as they exited the driveway. Whitehead further stated to Deputy Warren she could still see Boner pointing the gun in their direction as she said “get off my property before I shoot you.”

Christine Boner was arrested and charged with two counts of assault and reckless endangerment. She was released on an $18,000 bond.
