19-year-old Edwin Ramirez was charged with sexual battery when a woman told a detective in April that she had been fondled by him in January.
On April 6th, Lebanon Police Detective Jeremy Johnson spoke with Victoria Reales who told him she had been staying with friends on Toshiba Drive on January 28th. According to the affidavit, an incident occurred where she was sleeping in the same bed as Edwin Quintero-Ramirez and woke up in the middle of the night to her breast being fondled.
She explained that Ramirez also put his hand down her pants and rubbed her pubic area while he masturbated. Detective Johnson took a statement from Ramirez as well and the statement corroborates the events.
On July 20th, Edwin Quintero-Ramirez was arrested and charged with sexual battery. The warrant stated his bond was set at $15,000 but the Online Court Record System records $1,500 as his bond.
