DETAILS: A Mt. Juliet woman reported a sexual assault by a co-worker to police, some of which was captured on hotel security video. Police charged the man with misdemeanor assault, and Commissioner Randy Hankins waived his bond. For comparison, Nashville police recently charged a man who slapped his co-worker’s buttocks with felony sexual assault, and he received a $15,000 bond.

Lebanon Police say Randall Bailey admitted to touching a roommate’s genitalia as she slept. He is charged with sexual battery and public intoxication. He is free on a $1,200 bond.
