Man charged intoxicated & disorderly after multiple fights in Whiskey River parking lot

39-year-old Joshua Hawkins was charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct after officers witnessed him walk into the Whiskey River parking lot and start fighting with multiple people.

On August 30th, Lebanon Police Officer Allison Humes was parked near Whiskey River located at 102 Rocky Road when she noticed Joshua Hawkins walk into the parking lot and begin fighting with numerous people.

Officer Humes made contact with Hawkins and noticed he had the strong odor of an intoxicant normally associated with alcoholic beverages on and about his person, and red, watery eyes. Hawkins was placed into custody for his safety and that of the general public.

Joshua Hawkins was charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct and his bond was set at $1,000.
