24-year-old Jeffery Barbee was charged with domestic assault after getting into a heated argument with his girlfriend for not having sex with him.
On March 13th, officers responded to a domestic dispute call on West Division Street. Upon arrival, police made contact with Christina Wallace who stated that her live-in boyfriend Jeffery Barbee became upset with her for not having sex with him.
Christina then told officers that Jeffery got on top of her, began screaming at her, and threw her glasses off her face. Mary McClusky, Christina’s mother, entered the room and Jeffery began yelling at her as well. Mary immediately called police for assistance. Jeffery was taken into custody and transported to booking.
Jeff Barbee was arrested and charged with domestic assault. His bond was set at $1,000.
