Woman pulled over for plate lights gets charged for possession of meth

42-year-old Tammie Key was charged with possession of methamphetamine after being pulled over for not having lights on her license plate.

On March 2nd, officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with no license plate lights. The driver was identified as Tammie Key. According to the affidavit, the officer asked to search the vehicle that revealed a pill cutter, half of a pill, and a crystallized material thought to be meth. The report stated the items were located in a purse belonging to Tammie.

Tammie Key was arrested and charged with simple possession of methamphetamine. She was later released on her own recognizance.
