Lebanon man chipper after admitting to thumping soon to be ex-brother-in-law; per report

29-year-old Justin Page was charged with vandalism and domestic assault when he went to his soon to be former brother-in-law’s home, took off his shirt and thumped on him. He also broke a phone and sunglasses on his way out.

On July 10th, Lebanon Police Field Training Officer Byrnes responded to a domestic incident at 206 Hickory Point Drive. According to affidavits, en-route to the address, FTO Byrnes noted a vehicle departing the vicinity and called other officers to follow up with it. Authorities observed David Petty to be obviously battered with bruising, swelling and abrasions on his head and arms.

He explained that he and his wife are getting a divorce and that her brother Justin Page had come to the residence. After setting down his phone and taking off his shirt Page began to wallop on Petty for inappropriately touching his sister. Before leaving, Page also broke Petty’s $1,000 iPhone and $80 Rayban sunglasses. FTO Byrnes noted that Justin Page admitted to beating Petty in the Sheriff’s Office parking lot.

Justin Page was arrested and charged with vandalism and domestic assault. His bond was set at $1,000.
