Lebanon man harasses mother of children following served order of protection

21-year-old Devin Youngs was charged with a violation of an order of protection and harassment after repeatedly calling and texting the mother of his children despite an order of protection being placed against him.

On June 27th, Officer Vinson received a call of an individual in violation of an order of protection at 429 Leeville Pike in Lebanon. Upon arrival, Vinson made contact with Delilah Henning, who informed law enforcement of the incident. According to the affidavit, an order of protection had been served against Devin Youngs, the father of Henning’s children, on June 26.

Immediately after completing the order, Youngs began to repeatedly call and text Henning through various social media platforms, per report. Among the texts received were photographs of Henning’s statement in the protection order. The officer determined that the messages were harmful in nature.

Devin Youngs was arrested and charged with violation of an order of protection and harassment. His bond was set at $1,000.
