48-year-old Stacey Stahr was charged with domestic assault when she pushed her boyfriend and grabbed his neck after looking through his phone, per report.
On July 22nd, Michael Heller came into the Wilson County Sheriff’s Office and reported a domestic assault. Heller stated that he and his girlfriend Stacey Stahr were arguing and he fell asleep on the couch after.
While he slept Stahr put all his clothing in the dining room and broke a bottle of cologne. When Heller woke up, he saw Stahr was looking through his phone. Stahr then pushed Heller and grabbed him by his neck, according to the affidavit.
Stacey Stahr was arrested and charged with domestic assault. She was later released on her own recognizance.
