Disorderly woman found with meth in bra after pestering Speedway patrons

40-year-old Omie Osborne was charged with possession of meth, disorderly conduct, and public intoxication after she had been yelling and screaming at Speedway on North Cumberland Street. She also called 911 several times earlier that day and was found with meth in her bra during booking.

On August 11th, LPD Officer Alsup arrived at the Speedway on 610 North Cumberland Street in Lebanon to assist the Wilson Emergency Management Agency (WEMA). The defendant, Omie Osborne, was found in the entrance of the business screaming and yelling and gave WEMA trouble earlier by calling 911 multiple times.

Then while she was trying to be helped she kept exiting and reentering the ambulance before the police arrived. Police noted that Osborne’s pupils were very constricted when they made contact with her as well as her appearing to be confused and disoriented. She was then placed into custody and while being booked, WCSO Correction Officer Sergeant Borden found meth in her bra after she admitted to having it.

Omie Osborne was arrested and charged with possession of meth, disorderly conduct, and public intoxication. Her bond was set at $3,000.
