Man found swerving on Lebanon Road for his 2nd DUI

30-year-old Aaron Cramer was charged with driving on a revoked license, driving under the influence, and tampering with evidence after he drove erratically and then refused to be tested.

On August 7th, authorities received a call about a car driving recklessly on Lebanon Road. Deputy Kenneth Rollins found the vehicle and confirmed that it was not staying in its own lane. A traffic stop was initiated.

Cramer showed signs of impairment on all field sobriety tests issued. Records indicated Cramer had a previous DUI from February of this year. Cramer refused to be tested despite the deputy’s warrant. Cramer was then taken into custody.

Aaron Cramer was arrested and charged with driving on a revoked license, driving under the influence, and tampering with evidence. He is currently jailed in lieu of a $4,000 bond.
