28-year-old Citlali Corona was charged with aggravated domestic assault after heaving multiple large objects at her child’s father from the balcony of her apartment.
On August 4th, officers responded to a domestic disturbance call at 200 Five Oaks Boulevard where Citlali Corona was found heaving objects at a man from the balcony. She claimed she did not know why they were there. Officers ascertained a large kitchen knife and pry bar near the door as well as a jack handle in the bathroom. Richard Smith was found in the garage.
He told officers that he came home and Corona, his child’s mother, immediately started throwing things at him from the balcony including the kitchen knife, pry bar, and jack handle. Jonathan Hendersion, a maintenance worker for the complex, witnessed the incident. Smith confessed that Corona’s actions made him fear for his safety and well being. The officer resolved Corona as the primary aggressor.
Citlali Corona was arrested and charged with aggravated domestic assault. Her bond was set at $3,500.
