54-year-old Curt Ratliff was charged with public intoxication after someone called authorities regarding someone passed out in the grass.
On September 7th, Lebanon Police Officer Corley was dispatched to 47 Upton Heights regarding a subject passed out in the grass. The officer immediately made contact with the man, Curt Ratliff.
Ratliff was emanating an odor of intoxicants and was barely able to stand on his own. Officer Corley asked him if he knew where he was or where he lived and Ratliff did not.
Curt Ratliff was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was later released on his own recognizance.
