43-year-old David Dexter was charged with aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor and ten counts of sexual exploitation of a minor when he admitted to distributing child pornography over the internet.
On September 9th, the Federal Bureau of Investigation executed a federal search warrant at 29 Hamilton Station Xing Apartment 208 in Lebanon. David Dexter was the only tenant of the apartment and when he was Mirandized, he admitted to distributing child pornography over the internet.
Electronic devices with digital capability were taken as evidence and a USB flash drive was located in the master bedroom. The flash drive was forensically examined on the scene and was found to contain images and videos of children and/or infants engaged in sexual activities. David Dexter admitted to possessing the flash drive.
David Dexter was arrested and charged with aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor and ten counts of sexual exploitation of a minor. He is currently jailed in lieu of a $150,000 bond.
