34-year-old Michael Pruitte was charged with public intoxication after he was found sleeping with a woman in the ladies’ bathroom and the woman tells an officer that he was using heroin.
On October 6th, Lebanon Police Officer Hulse was dispatched to a call at Mapco located at 803 South Cumberland Street in Lebanon. Upon arrival, Officer Hulse made contact with Jessica Cook and Michael Pruitte who were spotted sleeping in the women’s bathroom.
Michael and Jessica were unsteady on their feet and had pinpoint pupils. After they were separated and detained. Jessica admitted that Michael used heroin in the bathroom and that she uses heroin and another drug three hours prior.
Michael Pruitte was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was later released on his own recognizance.
