Unhoused man slumped behind Chums with alcohol on his breath, charged with public intox

46-year-old Robert Bracken was charged with public intoxication after he was found sleeping on the ground behind a corner gas station, called Chums.

On October 25th, Lebanon Police Officer Robert was dispatched to Chums, located at 622 North Cumberland, to a call about someone sleeping behind the building.

Upon arrival, the officer made contact with Robert Bracken, who was slumped over, sitting on the ground. The officer stated Robert had the odor of alcohol on his breath as well as slurred speech and red watery eyes.

Robert Bracken was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was later released on his own recognizance.
