Per the affidavit, Trooper Hart noticed a strong alcoholic odor about her breath and person. Kathryn told him that she had two beers prior to driving. He noticed that her speech was slurred and she was unsteady on her feet. Upon doing field sobriety tests, she showed multiple signs of impairment. Kathryn was taken into custody, and upon arrival to booking, she told officers that she had two shots and six beers prior to driving.
