LEBANON, TN – Lebanon Police Officer Nasvall responded to the Knights Inn on March 26th, to a disorderly persons call. Jalessa Allen, 27, and Joseph Harley, 31, were both arrested for indecent exposure.
The manager of the Knights Inn had previously warned room occupants Jaleesa Allen and Joseph Harley about noise and causing a disturbance. That warning didn’t stop them from showing the world what they were working with. The manager, along with other hotel guests, all confirmed that Joseph Harley was outside with his penis exposed, wearing only a shirt, and Jaleesa Allen was outside their room completely unclothed.
Inside the room, officers found several empty liquor bottles, and both Harley and Allen smelled of alcohol, according to an arrest report. Both admitted they had been drinking.
Jaleesa Allen was charged with indecent exposure, and Joseph Harley was charged with indecent exposure and public intoxication. Allen posted a $1,000 bond, and Harley was released on his own recognizance.
