This triggered Tyler to take flight and fling an object to the ground. The officer chased Tyler to an unnamed business where, according to reports, the officer observed Tyler toss what “appeared to be a glass pipe” into a machine that destroyed it beyond identification or recovery.

Tyler Gross was arrested and charged with tampering with evidence and resisting arrest. He was later released on his own recognizance.
