Bryant Donaldson, 28, is charged with aggravated statutory rape after a 14-year-old girl after a video was found by her mother, at which time she admitted to the relationship.
Officers were dispatched to Big Horn Drive in reference to a statutory rape investigation. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the mother of the victim, who stated that her 14-year-old daughter had been sexually active with 28-year-old Bryant Donaldson.
The mother discovered this information when she checked her daughter’s phone and found a video of her daughter performing oral sex on Bryant and her daughter then admitted that she and Bryant did have sex.
Bryant Donaldson was charged with aggravated statutory rape and is currently jailed in lieu of a $250,000.00 bond.
