21-year-old Jacob Bradford was charged with public intoxication after he was found wandering around the neighborhood drunk after a fight with his mom.
Officer Ariel Carrillo responded to a call involving an intoxicated person on Piercy Court. Upon arrival, the officer made contact with Jacob Bradford who was detained by a Lebanon Police Department officer who lived nearby. When contact was made, Officer Carrillo noticed Jacob smelled of alcohol, had red watery eyes, slurred speech, and was unsteady on his feet. He was also crying and had no shirt on.
Jacob’s mother, Amy Bradford, stated they had gotten into an argument and he started drinking. He then started wandering around the neighborhood. Jacob Bradford was arrested and charged with public intoxication and was later released on his own recognizance.
