35-year-old Lebanon woman upset by Walmart ban; charged with trespassing

35-year-old Jenna Pewitt was charged with criminal trespass when she entered the Lebanon Walmart after being told on February 24th by loss prevention and police to not come back again by herself.

On March 21st, Officer Dillin Polston was called to the Walmart located at 615 South Cumberland. According to the affidavit, Officer Polston took a statement from loss prevention employee Megan Schreiber.

Ms. Scheiber informed him that on February 24th, Jenna Pewitt was warned by her and Officer Zachary Taylor to not be in the store “by herself” again. She disobeyed this directive upon entry to the store on March 21st.

Jenna Pewitt was arrested and charged with criminal trespass. Her bond was set at $1,000 with conditions.
