19-year-old Bryson Carmack was charged with harboring a runaway when authorities found a missing 16-year-old girl under a desk in his bedroom.
On March 9th, Officer Pryer was informed by a detective out of Prattville, Alabama that a 16-year-old female juvenile runaway could possibly be present at 535 Spring Creek Road. Upon arrival to the residence, the officer explained the situation to Bryson Carmack and his grandfather Charles Coffee. The grandfather gave consent for a search of the dwelling.
After confirming with Carmack the consequences of authorities finding the girl on the premises, the officers located her a desk covered with blankets in his room.
Bryson Carmack was arrested and charged with harboring a runaway. He was later released.
