Man charged with public intoxication while sitting in car with missing tire

25-year-old Antonio Toscano was charged with public intoxication when he was found at a Lebanon parking lot in a vehicle that was sporting only 3 tires.

On March 15th, Officer Travis Rourke was called to a parking lot located at 1135 Franklin Road in Lebanon, for a welfare check. According to an affidavit, officers discovered a vehicle with only three tires accommodating Antonio Toscano and Juan Nunez.

Antonio was sitting in the driver’s seat and there were empty beer cans all over the vehicle. Both men had a strong odor of alcohol on their breath and persons, they had red watery eyes, slurred speech, and they were unsteady on their feet.

Antonio Toscano was arrested and charged with public intoxication, he was later released on his own recognizance. He was then transferred to Sevier County on other charges.
