The officer then spoke with Tiffany, who stated she tried to call the non-emergency line four times before finally reaching dispatch. She advised officers that during the argument, Parker went into her “personal space” and caused her to be afraid for her own safety. She pushed him away and he then took her phone when she mentioned calling the police.

Parker Hickman was arrested and charged with Domestic Assault and Interference with Emergency Calls. His bond was set at $2,000.
