Texas fugitive charged with public intoxication and resisting arrest in Lebanon Walmart parking lot

30-year-old Bradly Maxie was charged with public intoxication, resisting arrest, and fugitive from justice after an officer investigating a car accident found him walking through a Walmart parking lot intoxicated.

On March 14th, Officer David Winfree was looking for an individual who had fled the scene of a car accident. He discovered two men walking in the Walmart parking lot located at 615 South Cumberland, one of them resembled the description of the driver he was searching for.

The officer noted that as contact was made with Bradly Maxie, it was observed that he was visibly intoxicated and reeked of alcohol on his breath and person. Maxie attempted to prevent the officer from detaining him by repeatedly pulling his hands away. The officer also discovered through a computer search that Bradly is wanted by the Texas Board of Parole in Houston for a parole violation.

Bradly Maxie was arrested and charged with public intoxication, resisting arrest, and fugitive from justice. He is being held on an out of state warrant.
