Lebanon man charged with disorderly conduct for yelling and cussing at random people

31-year-old Corey Neal was charged with disorderly conduct after he was reported for yelling and cussing at people at Cash Saver and refused to leave. When he did, he stole mail from a nearby business and was found walking down the road.

On May 10th, LPD Officer Matthew Robertson was dispatched to Cash Saver at 312 East High Street in reference to a suspicious person. Contact was made with an employee that reported Corey Neal was in the store yelling and cussing at people and when he was asked to leave, he refused.

According to the affidavit, when Corey finally left he went to the barber shop across the street, took their mail, and was walking down the road.

Corey Neal was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. He was later released on his own recognizance.
