21-year-old Robert White was charged with domestic assault, vandalism, and disorderly conduct after he hit his half-sister in the mouth causing her to bleed and then assaulted the mother of his child by shattering a window at her job.
On May 10th, Officer Taylor responded to 50 Meadows Drive for a domestic call. He arrived and spoke with the victim Romeshia Muncie who told him that her half-brother Robert White punched her in her mouth after they got into an argument. A witness, Ladarion Burford, collaborated Romeshia’s story. Officer Taylor described her mouth as both slightly bleeding and swollen. White had left the residence before the police arrived.
Then on May 11th, Officer Tucker Robert received a disorderly conduct call at the Quality Inn on 641 South Cumberland Street. When he arrived, he saw White yelling and screaming at the mother of his child, Romero Niniz, and his sister Romeshia Muncie. Niniz works at the Quality Inn and she locked the door when White used a fire extinguisher to shatter a window to the front desk and destroyed a potted plant.
Robert White was arrested and charged with domestic assault, vandalism, and disorderly conduct. His bond was set at $5,500 but was later released on his own recognizance.
