32-year-old Ryan Connelly was charged with possession of heroin after police were called for a possible overdose and was found to have heroin in his jacket pocket.
On June 14th, a report for a potential overdose at 111 West Lester (Cross Styles Church) lead police to make contact with defendant Ryan Connelly. The officers reported that he was exhibiting signs of impairment.
Connelly agreed to let the police search him and they found a cigarette box in his jacket pocket containing a grayish powder that he admitted to being heroin.
Ryan Connelly was arrested and charged with possession of heroin. His bond was set at $1,500.
