Lebanon woman whacks girlfriend and her vehicle with a frying pan

22-year-old Bianca Townsend was charged with aggravated assault after striking her girlfriend’s car and person with a metal frying pan during an altercation regarding the whereabouts of her cell phone.

On June 9th, Officer Johns received a call regarding a reported assault at 502 Fairview Ave. Johns made contact with Cornelian Eddings upon arrival, who informed law enforcement that she and girlfriend Bianca Townsend had been involved in an argument. During the dispute, Townsend accused Eddings of hiding her cell phone. In attempts to remove herself from the situation, Eddings vacated the premises. While exiting the apartment, Townsend trailed Eddings and struck her with a metal frying pan on the arm, per report.

According to the affidavit, Eddings was able to escape into her vehicle and drive away, but not before Townsend hit the car various times with the pan. Townsend confessed to striking Eddings and her vehicle with the metal pan upon questioning from law enforcement.

The dispute was not the first incident involving Townsend and Eddings. The couple was involved in a separate domestic assault booking back in April involving Eddings’ ex-girlfriend Brittany Bell.

Bianca Townsend was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. She was later released on her own recognizance.
