Man calls his mother names, hits her with a paintbrush and pours paint on his daughter

39-year-old Billy Robinson was charged with domestic assault after he got into an argument with his mother, called her vulgar names, then hit her in the face with a wet paintbrush after she slapped his arm and told him to get out. He then dumped paint all over his 15-year-old daughter.

On June 4th, the victim of a domestic dispute, Peggy Stewart, was interviewed by police at her residence who told them that the defendant, Billy Robinson, assaulted her and his daughter who is fifteen. She said that she and the daughter were painting inside when Billy showed up and began arguing with Peggy which evolved to him calling her vulgar names. The daughter went on to explain that Billy poured the paint bucket over her, covering her in paint, for confronting him for hitting Peggy. Billy was then chased around by his daughter when he wrapped his arms around her and threw her on the ground which caused her nose to bleed, the daughter said. Peggy said that she heard the daughter and Billy go out of the door when she saw Billy throw the daughter onto the ground.

Billy Robinson was arrested and charged with domestic assault. His bond was set at $1,500.
