41-year-old Tommy Dees was charged with domestic assault after he pushed his girlfriend during an argument while she was holding her infant son, per report.
On June 12th, Officer Jordan was dispatched to 320 Old Hickory Dr in regards to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, Jordan made contact with Marissa Parton, who informed law enforcement that she and boyfriend Tommy Dees had been involved in an altercation. During the dispute, Parton attempted to separate herself from the argument by vacating the residence.
While leaving the premises, Dees reportedly pushed Parton in the back, nearly resulting in her falling down a set of steps. The shove put both Parton and the couple’s infant son in fear, due to Parton holding the child when Dees attacked the woman.
On June 13th, Tommy Dees was arrested and charged with domestic assault. His bond was set at $1,500.
