Lebanon man charged for slapping his brother during an argument

24-year-old Jacob Jenkins was charged with domestic assault after he slapped and shook his brother because he was upset about the condition of the home, per report.

On July 10th, Field Training Officer (FTO) Speer was called to a domestic assault at Head Homes in Lebanon. Upon arrival, Zach Sellars reported to police that his brother Jacob Jenkins came home and was upset about the condition of the house.

According to the affidavit, an argument turned physical when Jacob slapped Zach in the face and then grabbed his shirt and shook him. Police determined Jacob to be the primary aggressor and placed him into custody.

Jacob Jenkins was arrested and charged with domestic assault. He was later released on his own recognizance.
