Lebanon man smokes bong with infant in his bedroom

19-year-old Andrew Osborn was charged with child neglect, possession of marijuana, domestic assault, and drug paraphernalia and 20-year-old LaRaziah Turner was charged with child neglect and violation of probation after they were found laying in bed with a bong of marijuana wax with her infant close by. Police were there to serve a warrant on him.

On July 4th, Officer Humes traveled to 211 White Pine Dr in Lebanon in order to serve a search warrant on Andrew Osborn. Upon arrival, officers were given permission to enter and search the residence. Law enforcement located Osborn in bed shortly after entering the residence.

According to the affidavit, a glass bong containing marijuana wax was observed in close proximity to Osborn and Turner. The bong was in plain view and was allegedly utilized by Osborn to smoke the wax with the infant daughter in the same room.

On July 5th, Yvonne Kemp reported to police that she had been assaulted by Osborn the night before. Kemp is the mother of Osborn and had been involved in a verbal altercation the prior day. According to the affidavit, the dispute turned violent when Osborn headbutted Kemp, who headbutted her son in response.

Osborn then grabbed his mother by the throat and threw her down on the kitchen floor. Kemp proceeded to retreat to her bedroom and locked the door. Nearly five hours later, the woman attempted to exit the bedroom, resulting in Osborn pushing open the door in an aggressive manner. The man allegedly struck his mother with the door and shoved her onto the closet floor. Officers noted that Kemp had sustained injuries from the assault.

Andrew Osborn was arrested and charged with child neglect, possession of marijuana, domestic assault, and possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $4,500.

LaRaziah Turner was arrested and charged with child neglect and violation of probation. Her bond was set at $2,500.
