Woman suspected of narcotic ingestion taken into custody for safety

62-year-old Kristi Huddleston was charged with public intoxication when Wilson Emergency Management was attempting to treat her because she was unable to stand and appeared under the influence of a narcotic.

On July 10th, Lebanon Police Department Field Training Officer Seth Jackson was dispatched to 115 Winwood Drive to assist the Wilson Emergency Management Agency.

According to the affidavit, Kristi Jo Huddleston was unable to stand and was under the influence of what was believed to be a narcotic. Huddleston was refusing medical treatment and for her safety, she was taken into custody.

Kristi Huddleston was arrested and charged with public intoxication. She was later released on her own recognizance.
