51-year-old Ronnie Massey was charged with driving on a revoked driver’s license and theft of property when he was found at a local convenience store in a stolen Toyota Corolla.
On August 22nd, Mt. Juliet Police Officer Clark received an alert from the license plate reader concerning a stolen vehicle. Said vehicle was located at a local convenience market and the driver was identified as Ronnie Massey. The owner of the vehicle, Jason Davis, advised that he loaned the car to Massey.
The loan was supposed to be during the period of July 25th and July 27th but Davis stated that the vehicle was never returned. The vehicle was a 2014 Toyota Corolla valued at $5,000. A computer revealed that Massey’s driver’s license was revoked for a DUI out of Davidson County on November 9th, 2019.
Ronnie Massey was arrested and charged with driving on a revoked driver’s license and theft of property. He was later released on his own recognizance.
