Lebanon man throws soda and slaps his ex over a cell phone

30-year-old Charles Carter was charged with domestic assault and criminal trespass after he slapped his ex-girlfriend and threw a Burger King cup of soda on her during an argument about her cell phone.

On August 10th, Lebanon Police Officer Corley was sitting at Highland Heights Church when a female was heard screaming. Officer Corley found a male and female standing in the street of East Lester Avenue arguing over a cell phone.

Charles Carter and his ex-girlfriend, MaLiyah Robinson, were arguing over her cell phone. While they were arguing, Carter took a Burger King cup and hit her in the head with it. He also threw a cup of soda against a wall and slapped her. Carter had already been told on August 7th not to come back to 513 East Lester Avenue.

Charles Carter was arrested and charged with domestic assault and criminal trespass. His bond was set at $1,000.
