34-year-old Brian Statham was charged with identity theft, possession of heroin with intent, criminal impersonation, and possession of drug paraphernalia after he was found passed out in his vehicle at a Shell station with drugs in plain sight.

On July 26th, FTO Jackson was dispatched to a welfare check at the Shell station on South Hartmann Drive. Also found in the vehicle was 5.25 grams of a gray rock-like substance believed to be heroin, along with another needle and burned coke can. Officers then received a photograph of a man named Chad Smith and it did not match the description of the suspect and they were then able to properly identify him.

Brian Statham was arrested and charged with identity theft, possession of heroin with intent, criminal impersonation, and possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $100,000.
