36-year-old John Davey was charged with indecent exposure after Lebanon Police Officers observed him walking around the square naked – and he told them he was “out for a stroll”.
On August 21st, Lebanon Police Officer Harbaugh was dispatched after two different reports were called in of a naked male walking around the square and nearby area.
Officer made contact with John Davey on South Maple near Gay Street. Davey was observed by officers to be promenading in his birthday suit. Davey stated he was out for a stroll. Below is a video of the incident:
John Davey was arrested and charged with indecent exposure and he remains jailed in lieu of a $2,000 bond.
